Suzy Cousins – Founder and CEO

Suzy is a passionate and dedicated events specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the event management industry. Initially focused on creating captivating entertainment experiences, she has since expanded her portfolio to encompass comprehensive event coordination and management for both corporate and private clients.

Her signature approach combines creativity, professionalism, meticulous planning, and attention to detail ensuring every event is stress-free and memorable. She is committed to ensuring her clients feel like guests at their own events, allowing them to enjoy the occasion without the burden of hosting.

For Suzy, event management is not just a profession, but a passion. She values getting to know her clients personally, as it enables her to deliver tailored, exceptional results for every event.

Síle Nolan – Senior Event Consultant

With over 25 years’ experience running top restaurants and bars in Dublin, Cape Town, and London, Síle brings a keen focus on service and operations to the team.

Having held roles such as Director of Sales and Marketing for a private members club, Head of Events role for a leading bar group in the UK, and more recently running the events department in a local Dublin hotel, Síle has extensive knowledge in organising and managing weddings and events.

“My focus is always on the guest – anticipating their needs and ensuring they have the best possible experience. I have a passion for what I do and love the buzz and excitement of running an event, watching all the elements come together as seamlessly as possible. It can be stressful, but at the same time, so rewarding knowing your clients can completely relax and enjoy their event because you have everything under control.”
