We had such a fantastic experience working with Suzy from Autograph Events for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration at our home. From the very beginning, she was an absolute pleasure to work with—warm, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever being pushy. One of the biggest highlights was her ability to source a marquee for our garden when several other companies had told us it simply wasn’t possible. That alone speaks to her determination and creativity. What really set her apart was how well she understood not just what we wanted, but our tastes and personalities. She truly “got us,” and that made all the difference in shaping the feel of the event. For example, we knew we didn’t want a formal food setup, and she suggested a food truck serving burgers and chips—which was absolutely perfect for us and became a real highlight of the day. She brought everything together so seamlessly, and the entire event was a huge success—very much thanks to her thoughtful planning and support. If I could give Suzy 10 stars I would!! We honestly could not have asked for a better party planner for our son’s Communion. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. Every detail was thought of — the décor, organisation, entertainment, and overall atmosphere were beyond anything we expected. She made the entire process completely stress-free and brought our vision to life perfectly. The kids had the most amazing time and so many guests commented on how beautiful and well-organised everything was. What really stood out was how caring, professional, and genuinely invested she was in making the day special for our son and our family. It was such a memorable day and we are so grateful for all the hard work behind the scenes. We recently asked Suzy to plan a large funeral reception at short notice. Understandably, we contacted a number of other event planners too, but they were slow to reply to us, or said it was too short notice, or highlighted challenges in delivering precisely what we wanted. Suzy was the exception. From our very first call, she made it clear that everything we wanted was not only possible, but would be delivered exactly as envisioned. Genuinely, the entire process was incredibly easy and took a huge weight off our shoulders, as we didn’t have to worry about the planning, setup, or equipment. Suzy and her team are incredible. They helped us host my mother’s funeral at home and on such short notice helped create an unbelievably personal and beautiful setting to help remember her. There was such support from the initial contact through the event and nothing was a problem. I cannot recommend Suzy and Autograph events enough. From the moment I contacted her to help organise my husbands 50th, she had answers to all my questions and was in constant communication throughout the whole process. She was professional, friendly and extremely organised with regular updates to me along the way. Her knowledge in this industry is invaluable, and all the equipment etc she suggested we needed was perfect and the bartenders and waitresses were absolutely amazing. The night was so relaxed, stress free as everything was taken care of and we could just enjoy ourselves at the party. We will definitely be recommending and using Suzy again for future events.
